A: Yes. SparklePets is fully bonded and insured by Business Insurers of the
Carolinas.
Q: How do I go about arranging your services?
A: You will need to contact us to arrange a free initial meeting. During the
meeting, you will be able to find more about SparklePets' services and your
pets will have the opportunity to be introduced to us. We will then discuss and
determine a pet sitting/house sitting plan that will meet both you and your
pets' needs. You will need to complete a few forms and provide us with your
house and mail keys. If you do not have a key at the initial visit, you may
arrange for us to pick up the key(s) for a return trip fee.
Q: What payment options do I have?
A: You may pay by cash or with a check. Payment is due in full in advance of
service dates.
Q: What kinds of medications will you administer to pets?
A: We will administer pills, drops and liquid medicine at no additional cost.
Q: What types of animals do you care for?
A: We care for most all animals, including dogs, cats (puppies/kittens), rabbits,
hamsters, rats, mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, and horses. As long as they present no
harm to us, we will gladly care for them.
Q: Do you have references?
A: Yes. Excellent references are available upon request.
